Coquina Club signed up with us a few years ago after having no luck with their former Pest Control / Fertilization company. They had installed Zoysia a year prior to our estimate and said it had never looked good and they had made such a big mistake in installing the grass.

We let them know that our President had extensive experience with Zoysia. In fact he had been consulted by Sod Farms on how to grow it! They immediately signed on and we provided them an assessment of the issue and how to fix it.

Shortly thereafter we had a phone call from the Property Manager noting how incredible the turn-around was, and that we were less expensive than the prior company by almost 20%!
