This is a new community in the prestigious Mercato Plaza. Being that it was new we had severe soil issues. The usable soil is only .5 Inch deep. We have compensated for this issue by being creative.

We’ve customized our blend so that their are ZERO fillers. We include slow release pellets to continually feed the grass. The proof is in the pictures.

These pictures were taken in late December! Zoysia grass by then is usually falling off and taking on fungal issues.
